I am absolutely  pleased with the tuning and service I received from Michael Pitts. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced, as well. I had a wonderful experience with Midwest Piano for the repair and tuning of my mini piano. The online scheduling process was seamless, and their communication was consistently prompt. Michael provided a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to his arrival and was perfectly on time. He was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain his process and thoroughly diagnose the issues before beginning work.
